About the Estate
Meet The Dawson’s
Life can change on a dime! That is exactly what happened to the Dawsons. Lifelong Texas residents, both born and raised in Arlington, these two high school sweethearts fell madly in love with this beautiful piece of property and couldn't pass it up when it dropped right into their laps!
Pam and Tom have always loved Granbury, and Tom has fond memories of his childhood visiting his grandparents, who enjoyed Granbury lake life. While attending a public auction at the property with an intent to purchase some plant pottery or patio furniture, somehow, through nothing less than Divine Intervention, the Dawsons won the public auction and became the proud owners of this new estate! No doubt that it was love at first sight!
After selling their personal home in Arlington and their small lake home in Decordova Bend, this lakefront estate officially became home to the Dawsons in late 2024!
Pam knew this view was meant to be shared, and with her own daughter’s wedding on the horizon, they started the outdoor renovation journey to create what is now Forever & Ever Estates! We can’t wait to share this space with you!
