About our Events

Forever & Ever Estates is available for a wide range of private and professional events. Our estate is intentionally designed to support both intimate gatherings and large-scale celebrations while allowing each event to feel completely customized.

Located just 15 minutes from Downtown Granbury and under 10 miles from the city center, Forever & Ever Estates offers a rare lakefront setting for your next big event! The property features multiple flat, flexible outdoor areas spanning over 2.5 acres that can be customized to suit your event layout. From lakeside ceremonies to cocktail hours on the patio and receptions under the stars.

With a maximum capacity of up to 250 guests, the estate can accommodate seated dinners, cocktail-style receptions, and full-scale ceremonies across multiple areas of the property.

What’s Included

When you book Forever & Ever Estates, you receive access to the full exterior grounds of the property, including: 

  • Lakefront ceremony and event areas

  • Large outdoor patio overlooking the lake

  • Expansive front yard and leveled backyard spaces

  • Covered concrete staging area 

  • Large enclosed garage (ideal for catering teams and event storage)

  • Parking accommodations on-site

  • Swimming pool and outdoor lounge areas

  • Children’s swing set and play area

  • White-glove outdoor restroom facilities (up to three stalls) will be included with every event over 2 hours. 

Covered options are available through our tent rental partners, which can be placed anywhere on the property depending on your event design and layout preferences.

A full site map, measurements, and example layouts can be provided upon request to assist with planning.

Additional Amenities & LOgistics

Getting Ready Spaces:
You will have access to a large studio apartment with a beautiful lake view and a spacious balcony overlooking the venue. Located above the garage, this is available for the guest of honor's use, featuring air conditioning, a restroom, a small kitchen, and seating for up to 10 people. 

Catering Support:
The enclosed garage provides an ideal catering prep and storage space and includes a refrigerator, freezer, and ice machine.

Lighting & Sound:
Electrical access is available throughout the estate. Our preferred DJ partners will bring in a full sound system for the event. You will have the option to add twinkling lights throughout the property for additional lighting ambiance.

Music & Curfew:
While the estate is not located within city limits, we kindly request that amplified music conclude by 10:00 PM.
