Forever & Ever Estates is located at 6339 Kelly Drive, Granbury, TX 76048. The property sits on a private, lakefront estate just 15 minutes from Downtown Granbury and less than 10 miles from the city center.

We host a wide range of events, including weddings, milestone celebrations, private parties, corporate gatherings, brand activations, and social events. Our estate is intentionally designed to accommodate both intimate gatherings and large-scale celebrations.

The estate can accommodate up to 250 guests for ceremonies, seated dinners, and cocktail-style events.

Forever & Ever Estates works with preferred vendors such as wedding coordination, full service catering, restroom services, food trucks, bartending services, DJ’s, petting zoo partners, and even fireworks shows. We will allow our guests to use their own vendors in cases where we don't provide such services or if special approval is granted with bookings.  We are very flexible to work with and welcome conversation and discussion regarding your vendors at the time of your event booking!

Yes! On-site parking is available and coordinated by the venue. Parking attendants may be recommended to monitor flow based on guest count. Overflow parking plans can be arranged as needed. 

Forever & Ever Estates is an intentionally open-air, outdoor venue. Guests enjoy access to all exterior grounds of the estate, including the lakefront, patios, and event lawns. Limited enclosed spaces are available for logistics and preparation.

Texas weather can be unpredictable, and we believe preparation is essential. We recommend working closely with our preferred wedding coordinator to set up a clear weather plan in advance. In the event of rain:

• Events may proceed under professionally installed tents

• You will be given the option to place a tent deposit for your event in case of weather changes 

• In the event of rain, large tents can also be placed on the front driveway to cover the entry in addition to the event space 

While all main events will take place outdoors, the following enclosed spaces are included for support and logistics:

• A studio apartment space with a beautiful lake view and a spacious balcony overlooking the venue. Located above the garage, this is available as a getting-ready space, featuring air conditioning, a restroom, a small kitchen, and seating for up to 10 people.

• A large enclosed 4-car garage, ideal for catering storage and prep

• White-glove outdoor restroom facilities provided by the venue

Yes! The estate is open-air and open for all seasons. We recommend tenting for shaded lounge areas and thoughtful event timing for warmer months.

Yes! Tents of various sizes can be installed throughout the property, tailored to your preferred layout and event design. Covered options can be placed in the backyard, front yard, or driveway areas. Pricing will vary by tent style and sizing. 

The enclosed garage offers an excellent catering support area and includes:

• Large refrigerator

• Freezer

• Ice machine

Caterers will find this space ideal for prep, storage, and staging.

Yes! Electrical access is readily available throughout the estate to support lighting, entertainment, and vendor needs. You can choose to use our twinkling lights on the big cedars around the pool and across all the grassy sections.  Though we do not provide a built-in sound system, our preferred DJs and bands will supply their own equipment for the event.

We kindly request that amplified music conclude by 10:00 PM out of respect for the surrounding area, and all noise concludes before midnight. 

The main residence and attached private cottage are not included in event access. All other exterior areas of the estate are available for use.

No, Forever & Ever Estates is available year-round and does not have any blocked dates.
